Cecil Lynch

Cecil Lynch currently serves as the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) at Allymar Health Solutions and has been involved with HL7 Standards since 2014, focusing on FHIR governance. Lynch is also an Assistant Professor at UC Davis, specializing in VCF Pathology Informatics. Previous roles include leading Applied Health Intelligence Innovation at Accenture and serving as a Managing Director and Global Biomedical Informatics Lead. Additional experience includes positions as Knowledge Management Advisor with the European Commission, Chief Semantic Architect at the National Cancer Institute, and National Science Advisor for the Centers for Disease Control. Lynch has a Master's degree in Medical Informatics from the University of California, Davis, and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
