James Hurst has extensive experience in pharmaceutical operations and analytical development, currently serving as the VP of Operations and Charnwood Site Head at Almac Group since May 2008. Hurst oversees the Charnwood Pharmaceutical Development and Commercial Manufacturing Facility and has held various leadership roles within Almac, including Head of Pharmaceutical Development Operations and Head of Analytical Development. Previously, Hurst was an Analytical Team Leader at sanofi-aventis and a Senior Analytical Chemist at Covance Laboratories. Hurst holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
