Majed al-Makhaita

Majed AL-Makhaita currently serves as the People and Culture Sr. Manager at Almana Hospitals, focusing on talent development, performance management, and employee relations. Previously, Majed worked as an Employee Relations Manager at the same organization, facilitating and managing employee relations while training and overseeing staff. Prior to this, Majed held the position of Human Resources Manager at NAFISCO, leading routine HR functions including hiring and policy enforcement. Experience also includes a similar role at Active Power and positions such as Executive Office Manager at Mazah Ltd and HR Operation Specialist at Strategic Energy. In earlier career stages, Majed contributed as a Human Resource Specialist at Global Suhaimi, playing a key role in a restructuring team and leading a significant Saudization initiative, as well as supporting operations at Schlumberger. Education was obtained from King Faisal University.
