Josh Montgomery

Josh Montgomery has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Josh currently serves as the Director of Operations - USA at Almex Group, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Josh worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Almex Group from October 2021 to October 2023.

Before joining Almex Group, Josh briefly worked as an Associate at GGA Partners™ from August 2021 to October 2021. From January 2020 to August 2021, they gained experience as a Business Development Manager at Staples Professional.

Josh has also worked in the hospitality industry, specifically at Southern Hills Country Club and Sinclair Services. At Southern Hills Country Club, they held the positions of Outside Services and Caddie from September 2019 to November 2019 and from September 2016 to November 2019, respectively. At Sinclair Services, Josh worked as a Valet from September 2017 to November 2019.

Additionally, Josh has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and Co-Owner of Homegrown Lawn Services from May 2016 to August 2018. Josh started their career in the golf industry as a Cart/Range Attendant at Oak Gables Golf Club from March 2011 to August 2015.

Josh Montgomery attended Westmount Secondary School from 2012 to 2015 and obtained a High School Diploma. Josh then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Finance at Oral Roberts University, from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) and Professional Selling Skills from Miller Heiman Group in 2020 and 2023, respectively.
