Luzhan Chen

Luzhan Chen, CPA, CMA, FPA, serves as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Almirall since July 2022, leading annual and long-range planning processes while collaborating with executives to prepare financial reports for Board meetings. Previously, Luzhan Chen held senior financial analyst positions at Johnson & Johnson from June 2019 to June 2022, where key achievements included managing the P&L for the NeoStrata brand, facilitating a turnaround with notable growth metrics, and enhancing budget processes. Earlier experience includes financial management roles at Johnson & Johnson focusing on supply chain budgets and transforming finance systems, as well as a cost analysis role at AmeriGas where Luzhan Chen developed a hedge database to improve transaction processing efficiency. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Jinan University.
