Diego has held various leadership positions, including Director of Software Engineering at Almond FinTech, banQi, and Airfox/banQi, where they successfully managed and expanded engineering teams and implemented agile practices. Diego also served as Senior Software Engineering Manager | Head at PayGo Pagamentos and Pixeon, where they led their digital transformation and implemented continuous delivery. Additionally, they were an Engineering Manager at 99, where they directed the mobile team and led B2B services development, and also served as an Enterprise Agile Coach, promoting agile methodologies and cultural change.
