Brian Hughes

Brian Hughes is currently the Vice President Talent Management at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, a position held since August 2019. Previously, Brian worked at athenahealth for five years, where Brian served as Director, Human Resources. Prior to that, Brian held various roles in HR, Leadership Development, and Talent Acquisition at organizations such as The Center for Effective Philanthropy, The Cadmus Group, and Children's Hospital Boston. Brian's educational background includes a Associate Fellow degree in Talent Management from The Wharton School, a M.S. in Human Resources from Suffolk University, and a B.S. in Human Resources Studies from the University of Scranton.
