Anne-Kristin Stroppel has a diverse range of work experience. Anne-Kristin began their career in 2014 with an internship at Würth Management AG, where they worked from June to September. In 2015, they interned at Daimler AG for an unspecified period. Anne-Kristin then joined Celonic Group in 2017, starting as an HR Assistant in June and transitioning to the role of HR Manager in August 2017. In February 2019, they were promoted to the position of HR Director, which they currently hold.
Anne-Kristin Stroppel completed their Executive Diploma (DAS) in "Managing Growth in Technology Firms" at the University of St.Gallen in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Betriebliche Berufsbildung und Berufsbildungsmanagement from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg. Anne-Kristin also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Konstanz.
