Michael Spiers

Michael Spiers is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a significant background in the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of International Talent Acquisition at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since June 2022, Michael leads efforts in sourcing talent for a company known for its pioneering RNAi-based medicines. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition for Ipsen, where focus was placed on discovering innovative solutions for debilitating diseases.
