Kathy Notarantonio

Kathy Notarantonio has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various roles within the field since 1987. Kathy currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Osmotica Pharmaceutical Corp., where Kathy provides HR leadership to multiple locations and manages talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, budgeting, and HR policy development. Prior to this, Kathy held roles at Abbott Laboratories and The Athlete's Foot, where Kathy gained experience in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development. Kathy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Florida.
