Subu Subramanian

Subu Subramanian has extensive experience in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management. Subu worked at ALOM Technologies, where they started as the Director of Operations in 2008 and later became the Vice President of Operations in 2014. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic supply chain planning, risk analysis, compliance management, facility maintenance, order management, production, and inventory management. Subu collaborated with ALOM management and staff, as well as domestic and international suppliers, to ensure process integration, cost control, and adherence to quality standards. Additionally, Subu Subramanian researched and recommended new technologies, processes, and materials for supply chain optimization and operational excellence. Prior to ALOM Technologies, they worked at Zomax as a Site Director from 1996 to 2007, demonstrating a solid record of achievement in process improvements and effective project management.

Subu Subramanian completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Textile Technology from Anna University between 1972 and 1976. Afterwards, they pursued an MBA in Business Management at California State University-Dominguez Hills, completing it at an unspecified time.
