Shania Kelly Lmsw

Shania Kelly, LMSW, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shania started as a Shift Supervisor at Sheetz in 2014 and transitioned to a BSW Internship at Compassionate Care Hospice in 2018. Shania further pursued their education and worked as a Research Assistant at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2018-2019. In 2019, Shania joined The MENTOR Network, where they served as an Intensive Case Manager, Interim ICM Supervisor, and Resource Coordinator until 2021. Shania also worked as a Note Taker at Marywood University in 2021. Shania worked as a Community College Career Counselor at EDSI from 2021 to 2022. Shania also volunteered as a Social Work Volunteer at Along The Way, Inc. and completed their MSW student internship in 2021-2022. Currently, they are the Program Director at Along The Way, Inc and also works as a Society & Culture Podcaster starting in 2022.

Shania Kelly, LMSW, has a comprehensive education history in the field of Social Work. Shania obtained a Master of Social Work - MSW degree from Marywood University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Social Work from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania between 2017 and 2019. Shania began their educational journey at Northampton Community College, where they acquired an Associate's degree in Social Work from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Shania Kelly has also obtained multiple certifications and honours. Shania completed the Policy and Advocacy Fellowship Program from the PA Workforce Development Association in January 2023. Shania is a licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania, having received certification from the ASWB - Association of Social Work Boards in November 2022. Shania also obtained their Masters of Social Work from Marywood University in May 2022. Shania Kelly has been recognized for their academic achievements with memberships in honor societies, including the Sigma Zeta Chapter and Zigma Zeta Chapter of Phi Alpha Honor's Society for Social Work, both obtained in May 2022. Shania was also a member of the Chi Phi Chapter of Phi Alpha Honor Society for Social Work, which they joined in March 2019. Moreover, they obtained a Crisis Intervention Certification from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in March 2019.

Additionally, Shania Kelly has acquired other certifications and honors. Shania completed the "Hearing Distressing Voices" program with Patricia Deegan, PhD in October 2017. In August 2017, they became a member of the Tau Sigma National Honors Society. Furthermore, they obtained an Associates Degree in Social Work from Northampton Community College in May 2017 and was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society in August 2015.
