Kimberly Moss

Kimberly (Powers) Moss serves as the VP of Digital Enablement at Alorica, where leadership focuses on digitally enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiencies. Kimberly has a diverse background in training and development, previously holding roles such as VP of Strategic Solutions and Vice President of Global Healthcare Learning and Innovation, where responsibilities included identifying training needs, developing programs for virtual environments, and monitoring compliance. Kimberly also operated as Owner and President of EmPOWERment Consulting and has extensive experience in instructional design and learning solutions from stints at companies like PetSmart and Wells Fargo. Kimberly holds two master's degrees in Management and Business Administration, alongside a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management from Bellevue University.
