Evy Di PENG has worked for six companies since 2010. Starting with Zhong&Xin Law Firms as an Assistant, they then moved on to Chinaco Travel as an Assistant Marketing in 2012. In 2013, they became a Project Manager Assistant at Demos Group. In 2014, they were an Internal Sales Coordinator at Miki Travel. In 2018, they were a Contracting Manager at HiSeas International Co. Ltd. Lastly, in 2021, they became a Business Expansion Manager and E Grocery Head of Warehouse Management Operation at Waysia (ex Alorsfaim).

Evy Di PENG has obtained a Master's degree in Expertise économinique et juridique des système d'informaitons from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Méthode d'anticipation de la conception du projet from Université Paris Cité between 2012 and 2013. Before that, they obtained a Maitrise (Master 1) in Administration et gestion des entreprises from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) between 2011 and 2012. Finally, they obtained a Licence in Administration économique et sociale from Univiersité de Clermont Ferrand I between 2008 and 2011.
