Torsten Motzkus

Torsten Motzkus has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Torsten began their career as a Working Student at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Hamburg in 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Junior Consultant at Torsten Motzkus Consulting. In 2014, they also took on the role of Team Lead PR and later became the Head of Marketing/PR at Campus Consult e. V.

In 2016, Torsten joined Zenjob as a Business Development Intern, and they progressively worked their way up to become a Business Development Manager and then a Senior Business Development Manager. During their time at Zenjob, they also served as the Interim Head of User Onboarding. Torsten held these positions until March 2022.

In 2022, Torsten worked as a Freelance Business Consultant at reverse.supply from April to July. Currently, they are working as a Senior Business Development Manager at Alpas AI, starting from August 2022.

Torsten Motzkus has a comprehensive education history. From 2012 to 2016, they attended Paderborn University, where they pursued a degree in International Business Studies. In 2015, Torsten had the opportunity to study abroad at Universidad de Alcalá, focusing on International Business for a term. Torsten then enrolled in a coding bootcamp called Le Wagon in 2020, specializing in full-stack web development. The following year, Torsten pursued further education at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, focusing on General Management. In 2022, they completed a leadership and strategy module abroad at Columbia Business School. Torsten's educational journey continued in 2023 when they attended Le Wagon once again, this time focusing on Data Science.
