Mariana Rojas

Mariana Rojas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mariana is currently a National Academic Advisor at Tecnológico de Monterrey since January 2022. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2021, they held various positions at Alpek, including Talent and Culture Global Director and Talent & Organizational Development Manager. From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Global Executive Training & Development Leader at Alfa Corporativo. Mariana also worked at AXA as an Organizational Development Specialist and a Human Resources Business Partner from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they worked as a Professor at Universidad Tecmilenio from 2009 to 2010, as an Organizational Development Consultant at Lerma Consultores, A.C. from 2007 to 2010, and as a Human Capital Manager at Grupo Cosmic, S.A. de C.V. in 2009. Mariana's earliest work experience was as an Administrative Coordinator at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León from 2004 to 2009.

Mariana Rojas has a Bachelor's Degree in Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, obtained in 2005. Mariana also completed a Master's in Human Resources from the same university, which they attended from 2006 to 2008. In 2005, they participated in a certificate program in Economic and Small Business Development at Western Illinois University, as well as a program of study in English language and American culture at the same institution. Throughout their career, Mariana has obtained various certifications, including Petrochemical Business Mastery Program from Nexant in 2022, Discover your Best Thinking from Vervago in 2017, WAVE and Swift Interpretation from cdg-Experts in Business Competencies in 2017, IPE Methodology from Mercer in 2017, Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in 2017, Top Management Program: Speak to Inspire from Universidad de Monterrey in 2016, Woman at Work from Kiik Consultores in December 2016, and Executives Program from ICAMI Centro de Formación y Perfeccionamiento Directivo in 2013.
