Angelica Ortiz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Angelica started their career as a Digital Media Intern at CPEP in 2016. Angelica then worked as an Event Coordinator Intern at Achieve Hartford! and also took on the role of Event Coordinator & Coding Specialist at Lenovo- Pathways Girls Hackathon from 2015 to 2018. In 2017, they joined The Hartford as a Process Analyst, and simultaneously worked as an Infrastructure Operations Intern until 2023. In 2019, they became the ALPFA Vice President of Communications at ALPFA, Inc - Association of Latino Professionals For America. Throughout their career, Angelica has gained experience in event coordination, communications, and process analysis.
Angelica Ortiz attended Pathways Academy of Technology and Design from 2015 to 2019, where they graduated as the Valedictorian. During their time there, they focused on a variety of subjects, including Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, and Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
Following their high school graduation, Angelica enrolled at the University of Connecticut School of Business in 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
