Neli Santeiu

Neli Santeiu has extensive work experience in the field of project management and IT. Neli began their career at Tim-Bertrand SRL as an IT Specialist from August 1997 to April 1998. Following this, they worked at Lipoplast as a Programmer for a short period from April 1998 to July 1998. Neli then joined Alpha Bank Romania in 1998 and held various roles throughout their tenure. Neli started as an IT Specialist at the Timisoara branch and eventually moved up to become the Head of Project Management Department. Their roles at Alpha Bank Romania include Team Leader, IT Application Specialist, Project Manager, and Assistant Head of the Project Management Department. Neli has been with Alpha Bank Romania for over 20 years, and their experience showcases their expertise in project management and change management within the banking industry.

Neli Santeiu received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from West University of Timisoara, where they studied from 1992 to 1997.
