James Worrell

James Worrell is currently working as a Business Improvement Lead at Alpha Companies since May 2022. Prior to this, James held the position of Principal Customer Service Officer at the Department of Transport and Main Roads from 2020 to May 2022. Before that, James worked as a Regional Provider Manager/Subject Matter Expert at Allianz Worldwide Partners from 2016 to December 2018. James also has experience as a Parachute Rigger in the Australian Army from 2010 to 2015. Recently, James completed education at RMIT Online in May-July 2022 and February-May 2022. Throughout his career, James has demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and leadership qualities.
