Jessica Hood-van den Driesen has extensive experience in digital & ecommerce, digital marketing, and customer journey management. Jessica began their career in 2006 as an independent business owner at Murphy's Paw, a premium dog grooming salon and boutique pet supply store in Melbourne. During their time there, they managed 11 full-time employees and increased the client base by 1011%. In 2012, they took on a role as Digital Media & PR and Customer Journey Manager at Elk Accessories, where they created a brand voice guide for on-boarding, introduced new customer response systems, and developed a new process for the company to handle returns. In 2015, they began freelancing as a Digital Strategist, consulting for an independent jewelry, clothing, and homewares designer. In 2016, they joined Tea Collection as Digital Marketing Manager, where they nurtured and expanded the digital strategy for both acquisition and retention. In 2019, they became the Director of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing at FRĒDA SALVADOR, a multi-channel business with brick and mortar retail, a thriving D2C e-commerce business, and a supplier to leading US retailers. In this role, they were able to grow the DTC online channel from 45% of total business, to over 70%. Jessica also served as a Consultant for Digital & Marketing Strategy for Ajna Living in 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Digital & Ecommerce at Alpha-H.

Jessica Hood-van den Driesen attended Swinburne University of Technology from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Visual Arts degree.
