As COO, Marla leads the daily operations at Alpha II including customer support, integration development and partner support, research and documentation, training and implementation, and quality assurance teams. Marla’s core values of loyalty, excellence, and service apply to the entire customer base and the employees of Alpha II.

As one of the original Alpha II employees, Marla has been a key asset for over 37 years, touching nearly every facet of the organization. Her dedication and commitment to the Alpha II mission statement – to provide the best possible solutions and support to the clients – is evident in the passion she uses to inspire to her teams daily.
