Todd Doze

Todd Doze is currently the CEO of Alpha II. Todd has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having served as the Vice President and GM of Reimbursement Solutions at TransUnion, and as the President and CEO of Healthcare Payment Specialists prior to its acquisition by TransUnion.

At Healthcare Payment Specialists, Todd successfully led a corporate turnaround, taking the company from a negative EBITDA in 2012 to a positive EBITDA of more than $7 million in 2017. The turnaround included a shift from a BPO to a SaaS business model, a complete overhaul of the management team, and corporate culture. Between 2012 and 2015, the company experienced 27% CAGR revenue growth, and achieved a 79% gross operating margin in 2017.

Todd's experience leading successful turnarounds and achieving impressive results makes him well-suited to their current role as CEO of Alpha II. Under their leadership, Alpha II is sure to continue to thrive.

Todd Doze studied business as an undergraduate at Southwestern University, and then pursued an MBA in finance at Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business.
