Arianna Thomas

Arianna Thomas has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Sales Associate at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. in 2019. Arianna gained skills in organizing clothing racks and providing excellent customer service. Arianna continued to develop their sales skills as a Warehouse Team Member at Amazon in 2021, where they also managed their responsibilities as a student. Following this, Arianna worked as a Sales Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc., where they improved their communication skills through interactions with customers. Arianna then joined CarMax as a Sales Consultant, further enhancing their sales abilities and learning about vehicle buying and selling. In 2022, Arianna became a member of Women In Business, a student organization at Illinois State University that focuses on empowering women through resume building and career workshops. Arianna also took on the role of Vice President of Communications at Alpha Kappa Psi, where they learned website management and graphic design skills. Currently, they are working as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Illinois State University's College of Business. Additionally, Arianna has been a Mentor at the College of Business, guiding and assisting their mentee with various career-related tasks. Throughout their work experience, Arianna has consistently shown a dedication to personal growth and gaining new skills.

Arianna Thomas attended Marian Catholic High School from 2015 to 2019 and received a Diploma of Education. Arianna then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship at Illinois State University from 2019 to 2023.
