Elina Aalto

Elina Aalto is an experienced public speaking and communication coach, currently serving as a coach and host at Capella Coaching Oy since March 2012. With over twenty years of expertise in effective communication training, Elina also holds the position of MySpeaker Rhetorich Coach at MySpeaker Finland, starting in January 2023, where a unique multilingual solution enhances public speaking skills through artificial intelligence and human coaching. Additionally, Elina is a facilitator, coach, and actor with Mirror Back Collective since September 2023, which provides corporate training using drama and theater-based methods. An accomplished actress, Elina began performing at the age of nine and has participated in multiple theater and television productions, having graduated with a Master of Arts in Acting from the University of the Arts Helsinki in 2009.
