Melanie Chadwick, CSM, A-CSM, has a background in software engineering and project management. Starting their career as a Software Engineer at Northstar Exchange, Melanie later transitioned to roles such as ScrumMaster at Monigle Associates and Senior Director of Development at both Monigle and Beam. With experience in leading development teams and delivering high-quality work to clients, Melanie's career has evolved to focus on digital operations and product management. Melanie holds a degree from Colorado Technical University and continues to excel in their current role at Beam as the Senior Director of Development.
