Simon Williams

Simon Williams has a strong background in Human Resources, with their most recent role being the Head of Human Resources (UK) at Alpha Plus Group Ltd since February 2020. Prior to this, they held various HR roles at organizations such as the Greater London Authority, Tower Hamlets, and London Borough of Camden, focusing on employee relations and specialist services. Simon's experience also includes positions at University College School, Cancer Research UK, and Scope, where they held HR leadership roles.

Simon Williams graduated with an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The University of British Columbia in 2003. Simon also holds additional certifications in MCIPD from CIPD and Workplace Mediator from Open College Network Northern Ireland.
