E. Darlene Rogers has a long history of work experience in the telemarketing and customer service industry. E. Darlene began their career in 1982 as a Senior Call Center Supervisor at Campaign Marketing Group. In 1988, they moved to L&E Meridian as an Account Rep/Laser Programmer. From 1997 to 2001, they were the Executive Director at The Slater Group, where they managed telemarketing centers and implemented and conducted new training courses. E. Darlene then served as the Director of Membership at The Task Force from 2001 to 2003, where they focused on membership acquisition and retention through direct mail and telemarketing efforts. In 2003, they joined Adams Hussey & Associates as the Director of Telemarketing, helping to integrate their direct mail efforts with their telemarketing efforts. Finally, from 2005 to present, they have been the President & CEO of Alphatel, providing top-quality customer care oriented solutions.
E. Darlene Rogers attended Bertie Senior High and the University of Maryland from 1991 to 2004. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Social Media Marketing from Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center.
