Grace Alvarez

Grace Alvarez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Grace began their career at Cathy Jean as a Co Manager, where they oversaw employee schedules, delegated tasks, and monitored performance. Grace then joined Citi as a Head Teller, quickly being promoted for their exceptional customer service skills and ability to manage large sums of money. Grace later joined LendingClub as a Payments Specialist, excelling in customer service and achieving high satisfaction ratings. Grace then transitioned to Better, where they held various roles, including NMLS Licensed Loan Consultant, Recruiter, and NMLS Licensed Home Advisor. In these positions, they managed a pipeline, achieved hiring goals, and utilized creative sourcing methods to attract top talent. Most recently, Grace worked at First Republic Bank as a Human Resources Specialist, where they managed a high-volume shared inbox, led training sessions, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Currently, Grace is working at AlphaCare Home Health Corp. as an Administrative Lead.

Grace Alvarez studied sociology at the City College of San Francisco.
