Marek Turowski

Marek Turowski is a seasoned expert in electronics engineering with extensive experience in research and development across various roles. Currently, as a Senior Scientist at Alphacore Inc. since January 2019, Marek focuses on high-reliability electronics in harsh environments, including radiation and extreme temperatures. Previous positions include Senior TCAD Applications Engineer at Silvaco Inc., where work centered on physics-based modeling and simulation of semiconductor devices, and Director of R&D and Business Development at Robust Chip Inc., overseeing TCAD and mixed-mode tools. Earlier, Marek directed Micro/Nano Electronics R&D at CFD Research Corporation, leading multiple projects in semiconductor modeling and design.
