Tania Mena

Tania Mena has a diverse work experience with a strong focus on customer service and sales. Tania is currently working as a CSHD Analyst at Alphanumeric Systems since 2022. Previously, they worked at Giant Creation from 2019 to 2022, where they started as a Shift Manager, monitoring agents' performance and providing customer service support.
