Carlos Ávila

Carlos Ávila has held various roles in the technology industry since 2016. Carlos began as a Regional Coordinator at WhiteSuit Hacking, followed by a role as a Firmware Engineer Jr. at Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2017, they worked as a Data Engineer at ByPrice.com. In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer at ContractRoom and Luxoft. In 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer at GoExpedi. In 2021, they worked as a Data Engineer at Rever, Inc. Currently, they are working as a Data Engineer / Backend Engineer at AlphaPoint and as a Backend Python Instructor at EBAC - Escola Britânica de Artes Criativas e Tecnologia.

Carlos Ávila is currently studying Audio Engineering and Musical Production at Centro Universitario de Música Fermatta, and is pursuing a Máster en Innovación y Emprendimiento from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona. In 2020, they obtained a certification from T. Harv Eker International for Million Dollar Business Secrets. In 2019, they studied Biblical Hebrew – Level A at Israel Insitute of Biblical Studies, and completed a Diplomado - SCRUM Workshop at ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara. In 2018, they obtained a certification from Udemy for Build Your Own Backend REST API using Django REST Framework, and in 2017 they obtained multiple certifications from Udemy in topics such as Natural Language Processing, Akka, Spark Streaming, and Python. In 2018, they also obtained a certification from Codebashing for Application Security and Secure Coding Training course in "Python Django". Carlos Ávila also studied Biomedical Engineering at Universidad de Guadalajara.
