Luciano Vieira has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Luciano started their career as a Sales Supervisor at Sirti-Portugal, then moved to a Guest Services role at Hyatt Regency Baltimore in 2005. In 2007, they became a Guest Services Supervisor at Intercontinental Harbor Court Hotel. In 2010, they held two positions, as a Customer Support Analyst at Micros System, INC and a Supervisor at Main Street Communications. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Technical Support Engineer at McAfee. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an Implementation Specialist-VRI at CyraCom Language Solutions. Currently, they are an L2 Tech Support Engineer at Alphapoint.

Luciano Vieira has an extensive education history. Luciano obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 2001. Luciano then attended ITT-Tech Institute, Owings Mills, Maryland from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an IT- Computer Network System degree in Network Admin. Most recently, they graduated from DeVry University in 2018 with a Network Administrator and Management degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism.
