ANANDH PADMANABHAN

Anandh Padmanabhan has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in talent acquisition and recruitment. ANANDH began their career in 2006 at Tri Pvt Ltd as a Senior Executive in HR and administration, where they worked until 2008. ANANDH then joined Alle Technologies as an Assistant Manager in HR, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment and various HR operations. In 2012, Anandh worked as a freelancer specializing in talent acquisition before joining Anantara Solutions as a Talent Acquisition professional until 2014. Currently, they are working as the Head of HR and Operations at Alpharithm Technologies Limited.

Anandh Padmanabhan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources (HR) from Bharathidasan University from 2004 to 2006.
