Aditi Dembla

Aditi Dembla is a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Alphawave Semi since September 2022, following the acquisition of OpenFive, where Aditi held the positions of Human Resources Generalist and HR Analyst Trainee from June 2021 to September 2022. Aditi began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Assistant Intern at Dainik Jagran in April 2018, responsible for reviewing candidate qualifications, conducting background checks, and managing the pre-employment screening process. Aditi holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media, Psychology, and English from Christ University, Bangalore, completed in 2021.
