Bharti Bhardwaj has worked in various roles in the marketing and communications field since 2009. Bharti began their career as an Associate at Barclays Shared Services in 2009, then moved on to Senior Associate at Mercer in 2011. In 2014, they took on the role of Senior Project Administrator at Aon, and in 2017 they were the Public Relations Assistant Manager at MAYER HEALTH LIMITED. In 2019, Bharti was the Senior Marketing Communications Manager at Wockhardt Foundation, and in 2021 they were a Consultant at Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT). Most recently, Bharti is the Marketing Business Development Consultant at Alphonic Network Solutions and the Marketing Director at RK HIV AIDS Research & Care Centre, both positions they have held since 2022.

Bharti Bhardwaj has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Liverpool John Moores University in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Bharti also has a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Kurukshetra University in Economics. Currently, they are pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma In Project Management from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in Project Management.
