Prior to Alpina, held various roles at EL TIEMPO Casa Editorial and London Consulting Group, focusing on administrative management, financial control, and operational consulting. Juan Rafael has pursued advanced education in leadership and management from prestigious institutions, including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Singularity University, culminating in a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de la Sabana.
