Genecelle D. has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical research and regulatory compliance. They began their career as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Institute of Translational Health Sciences, where they provided support to multiple clinical researchers across different healthcare sites. They also assisted with IRB approval and the implementation of investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored protocols. They then transitioned to the role of Regulatory Specialist, managing the start-up and implementation of pharmaceutical-sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies. They ensured compliance with federal regulations and organized regulatory documents. Genecelle D. then worked as a Research Project Manager at the University of Washington, collaborating on the implementation and management of clinical research trials and projects. They developed and negotiated budgets for studies and managed study costs for grant proposals. Currently, they are a Clinical Research Associate at Alpine Immune Sciences, Inc., where they are a core team member of the Clinical Operations department, supporting the start-up and conduct of Phase I and Phase II clinical trials. They develop study documentation, collaborate with clinical research organizations and vendors, and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice.

Genecelle D. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. In September 2020, they also obtained the ACRP Certified Professional certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
