Rochelle Thielen

Rochelle Thielen is the current Executive In Residence at ASG. Rochelle has also served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at HONK Technologies from September 2020 to October 2022. During their time at HONK, they were promoted to the C-Suite to lead and reorganize the company. Under their leadership, the company achieved a record 90% annualized growth rate in Q4 2021, 70% YoY revenue growth for all of 2021 and 40% growth over even pre-pandemic levels. The company is currently surpassing $100MM in revenue.

In addition to their work in reorganizing the company, Rochelle also championed a new logistics market vertical which now represents over 33% of the company's total revenue. Rochelle launched a digital, transformative industry product platform with a Top Five Insurer that reduced insurance claims cycle-times by 50%, increased NPS and integrated directly into the leading AI platform for predictive claims.

Rochelle's work also focused on culture alignment and coaching of cross-functional organizations in Product, Operations and Engineering to realign toward a common goal of revenue growth. Rochelle also managed change through process design, implementation of systems, cataloging of verbal knowledge bases and influencing other C-Level executives to prioritize revenue generating projects.
