Elena Cavedon is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in various roles within the recruitment field. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alpinestars since May 2025, Elena previously held positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for GE Vernova and Hilti Group in early 2025, as well as a Senior Recruiter for AMS, where Elena worked from April 2022 to April 2025 and also served as a Senior Recruiter for Microsoft throughout 2024. Elena's educational background includes a degree in Conference Interpreting from IULM University and a degree in Linguistic Mediation from SSML Carlo Bo of Milan, both achieved between 2006 and 2012.
