Ann-Sophie De Ruyver has extensive experience in the food industry, having worked at Alpro since August 2012 in various roles including Category Sourcing Project Manager, Product Optimization Manager, QA Department Manager, QA Supervisor, and Supply Chain Trainee in Quality. Prior to this, Ann-Sophie completed a Master's degree in Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen at Ghent University from 2010 to 2012 and earned a Master's degree in Biowetenschappen with a focus on the food industry at Hogeschool Gent from 2006 to 2010.
