Stephen Poole

Stephen Poole currently serves as Head of Retail for AG LEGO® Certified Stores and Licensed Brands at Alquemie Group, a position held since October 2022. In this role, Stephen leads the retail operations team for Alquemie Group's licensed brands portfolio, which encompasses National Geographic lifestyle apparel and AG LEGO® Certified Stores. Collaboration with the Walt Disney Company and the LEGO® Group is a key aspect of this role, ensuring brand ambassadors deliver exceptional shopping experiences while fulfilling brand visions. Prior to this, Stephen held various positions at AG LEGO® Certified Stores from September 2019 to October 2022, including Retail Operations Manager, Area Manager, Dual-Store Manager, and Store Manager.
