Dr. Nadia Sethi joined the ALS Therapy Development Institute in late 2021 as the Director of Community Outreach and Engagement. In this role, Nadia connects with the ALS community, guides scientific content to be shared with the public, and helps communicate the science of ALS TDI. She is a dentist by training with almost ten years of clinical practice experience. From the time that her husband felt his first symptom of ALS, she has been engaging with the ALS community, participating in and leading groups to increase understanding of the science of ALS and the clinical research landscape. Nadia holds a BS in Biochemistry and Art History and a DDS from UCLA. Currently, she is pursuing an MS in Pharmacogenomics and Precision Medicine at the University of Florida.
