Bijou Daniel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bijou began their career as a Telecommunications Consultant at Phones 4u in 2003. In 2005, they moved to Al-Futtaim Group Automotive as a Business Development Consultant. From 2009 to 2012, they served as an Area Manager for Customer Care at Alshaya Group. Bijou then progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Senior Manager for Service Education and Rewards, Senior Manager for Group Customer Service, and Head of Group Customer Service from 2013 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Digital Product Transformation at Alshaya Group.
Bijou Daniel holds an MBA in International Marketing & Change Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, which was obtained from 2003 to 2005. They also have a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University, completed from 1998 to 2002. In addition, Bijou holds certifications including Certified SAFe® Product Owner/ Product Manager and Certified SAFe®6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., both obtained in November 2023. They also have a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2023.
