Emrah Pars

Emrah PARS is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in managing procurement and logistics across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager at Alshaya Group since August 2022, Emrah oversees non-food purchasing and services procurement for well-known brands in Turkey and Azerbaijan, focusing on supplier consolidation and budget compliance. Previously, Emrah held positions as Purchasing and Logistics Manager at BELTUR AŞ, where responsibilities included sourcing supplies for multiple hospitality venues, and Purchasing Manager at Kahve Dünyası, managing procurement for store refurbishments and maintenance. Emrah also gained valuable experience in procurement roles at Acun Medya, Eren Perakende, and MUDO, developing expertise in market research, contract negotiation, and supplier management. Emrah holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations from Yeditepe University.
