Omar Shehata

Omar Shehata began their work experience in 2015 as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Xceed. Omar then moved on to work as a Learning and Development Specialist at NIS from 2016 to 2017. Following this, Omar joined Nestlé as a Human Resources Supervisor in 2017. At Nestlé, they achieved notable successes, including increasing the Employee Satisfaction Score by +23% and managing successful HR and Contact Center transformation projects for 14 countries. In 2022, Omar worked as the Country Talent Acquisition Lead at Decathlon Egypt before taking on their current role as the Senior Talent Development Lead for MENA at Alshaya Group in 2023.

Omar Shehata attended St. Fatima British School from 2008 to 2011 and obtained an IGCSE Diploma. Omar later studied at Ain Shams University from 2011 to 2015, earning a bachelor's degree in Alsun with a focus on foreign languages, translation, literature, and linguistics.
