Zaifran Hussain

Zaifran Hussain is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for American Eagle KSA at Alshaya Group since July 2022. In this role, Zaifran is responsible for maintaining operational excellence and full P&L accountability while focusing on brand compliance, customer experience, and people development. Previous experience includes leadership as Retail Divisional Manager at Farmfoods, overseeing operations for over 40 stores, as well as various managerial roles at Kiddicare.com, Tesco PLC, TJ Morris, and B&M Retail. Zaifran holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Psychology from De Montfort University, earned from 2004 to 2008.
