Jonay Fernandez

Jonay Fernandez started their work experience in 2006 as a Scholarship recipient in the department of projects and sites at Autoridad Portuaria de Las Palmas. In 2006, they also worked at Otis Elevator Company as a Technical and Commercial Manager of Key Accounts, focusing on La Palma-Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

In 2007, Jonay joined Alsina Formwork as a Technical Sales Manager, responsible for key accounts and project management in various areas including the Canary Islands.

Jonay then served as the Romania Branch Manager at Alsina Formwork from 2008 to 2012, developing the company's activity in Romania and overseeing the maintenance, development, and training of the local team.

From 2012 to 2013, Jonay worked as the Morocco Branch Manager at Alsina Formwork, where they were responsible for expanding the company's activity in Morocco, managing construction and installation projects, and building and training the new local team.

Finally, in 2014, Jonay Fernandez assumed the role of Country Managing Director at Alsina Formwork, where they continued to lead and oversee the company's operations.

Jonay Fernandez has a Licentiate degree in Applied and Fundamental Physics from the Universidad de La Laguna, which they obtained from 1999 to 2005. In addition, they participated in the ERASMUS Scholarship program at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in 2003 and 2004, focusing on Applied Physics. Jonay also completed the Programa ThePowerMBA, specializing in Business Administration and Management at thePower.
