Mara Molina is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in scaling organizations and developing innovative recruitment strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at ALSO., Mara leads initiatives in personal mobility technology. Previously, as the Global Head of Recruiting at HashiCorp, Mara contributed significantly to the company’s growth from 150 to over 2,400 employees and played a vital role in its IPO and acquisition. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Splunk, ShoreTel, Redbeacon, Blackhawk Network, Bell Microproducts, and EMC Software, where Mara demonstrated expertise in all facets of recruiting, talent strategy, and employer branding. Mara holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of the Pacific's Eberhardt School of Business.
