Dominique Koch has extensive experience in customer support and marketing communications within the transportation sector, currently serving as the Customer Support Benelux, Parts & CRO, Services at Alstom since February 2021. Prior to this role, Dominique Koch worked at Bombardier Transportation for over 24 years, holding various positions such as Customer Support for Benelux and several roles in marketing communications and bid support across Western Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Dominique Koch graduated from Koninklijk Atheneum Keerbergen between 1973 and 1986.
