Melanie Trevenen

Melanie Trevenen is an experienced professional in talent development and organizational development, currently serving as a Talent Development Lead and previously as a Learning and Development Advisor at Alstom. With a background in change management from Water Corporation as a Learning and Change Management Analyst, Melanie has also contributed to Imdex Limited as an Organisational Development Advisor and held various roles at Activ Foundation, including Organisational Development Specialist and Training Administrator & Facilitator. Melanie began their career as a Learning and Development Intern at Wittner Shoes Australia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resource Management and Management from Curtin University, complemented by an exchange program at Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
